Wei Ting Chen was born in Tainan, Taiwan in 1991. He spent all his childhood cartooning, as he loved drawing characters. His works are mostly acrylic paintings, often accompanied by poems that correspond to the visuals, hoping to provide a complete sensory experience for his audience.

1. The order cannot be amended or refunded upon order confirmation.

2. No cancellation, no refund, and no exchange allowed.


3. Each customer is only allowed to enter the raffle once. Repeated applications will be counted as invalid.


4. Upon successful raffle and purchase, entrants will be bounded by a 2-year lock-up agreement for no-resale.


5. Please notify your financial institution in advance, and ensure that you have sufficient credit to enter the registration.


6. The Credit card pre-authorization (payment) has not been processed yet. The payment is now being held by Paypal or Shop Pay. And it would not leave your account until further instructions. Credit card pre-authorization will expire and the funds will be released back to the cardholder automatically after the raffle. The exact time frame depends on cardholders’ financial institution’s policies.

7. Confirmation email with purchasing details will be sent to the successful entrants by 15 Dec, 2021. Notification will not be sent to those who have been unsuccessful.


8. Estimated delivery date: End of Jan 2022. Due to COVID 19, shipment may be subject to delay.

9. Packaging such as boxes and related materials are for product protection purposes only. Thunder Mates will not exchange/return any item due to defective/damaged packaging.

10. Photos are for reference only. All our trademarks & images are our property and you may not use them without our permission. All other trademarks are their respective owners' property.


11. Should any dispute arise, the decision of Thunder Mates shall be final.
