Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

You may not use, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify THUNDERMATES trademarks in any way, including in advertising or publicity pertaining to distribution of materials on the website, without THUNDERMATES express prior written consent. The contents of this website are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use and are displayed solely for the purposes of promoting and marketing our business, products and services hereof.

ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE

• Provide us with a delivery address;
• Possess a valid payment method that works on our website

In placing an order with us, you authorise THUNDERMATES to process a charge or charges on your credit/debit card account in the amount of the total purchase price of your order. You also expressly authorise us to use personal information provided by you to perform appropriate anti-fraud checks such as credit checks and also to, where necessary, transmit or obtain information about you to or from third parties including, but not limited to, credit reference or fraud-prevention agencies, which may keep a record of that information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information about how we use your data.

All orders placed through the website are subject to our acceptance. Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract of sale of the products between THUNDERMATES and you will not take place unless and until (i) in receipt of your full payment, (ii) we have sent you a confirmation email or (iii) an email confirming that the Products have been dispatched. Though we shall use our best endeavours to process all the orders, there are still certain extraordinary situations that we may have to decline the orders. In these circumstances, THUNDERMATES has the sole discretion and right to decline your order for any reason at any time, without any liability on our part. Notwithstanding the aforesaid, even after sending you of our ordering acceptance email, if there is a manifest error in the purchase price, or such error is so obvious that you should be able to easily distinguish, THUNDERMATES shall have no obligation to sell the products at such wrong or mistaken purchase price.

All orders are subject to stock availability and confirmation of the order price. Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

PRICING

Prices are shown on the website in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). 

The Price of the product shown on this website does not include:

• Delivery charges (will be charged in addition at checkout); 
• Applicable taxes or excises (including VAT or sales taxes, if any) under any applicable laws;
• If your credit/debit card is not denominated in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD), the final price charged in your currency will be calculated by your issuing bank in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.

All SALES ARE FINAL, NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE, AND NO REFUND

DELIVERY, RISK, AND LIABILITY

Deliveries will be carried out by third-party couriers, to the delivery address that you have given or selected, as the case may be, on your order form. We will not be responsible if that delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.

You will be given an indication of the estimated delivery time when you receive an email to confirm the goods have been dispatched to you. Please note that the delivery dates specified in your order, the email confirming the order or on the are estimates only. We shall not be liable for any failure to deliver on any particular date. 

Depending on your delivery address, different taxation rules and additional charges may apply. We have no control over these charges and we cannot advise on their amount. The payment of any such import duties or taxes is your responsibility. It is your responsibility to comply with all requirements imposed by the local Customs authority in relation to your order. This may include the provision of identification information in order to receive your order. Before placing an order, we recommend that you make yourself aware of local import duties or other requirements. We will not be liable or responsible if you breach any such laws.

The Carrier may request your contact details and other relevant information for delivery of the Products in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. You agree that your submission of such information is at your risk, and you hereby release THUNDERMATES from any and all liability to you for any loss or liability relating to such information in any way.

The delivery obligation of THUNDERMATES is deemed to be fully discharged once the property in the Products have been passed to you all risk of damage to, or loss of, the Products shall pass to you. Customers shall be solely liable for any delay in delivery/collection or non-delivery if the information provided is not accurate, and we shall be entitled to charge you for any additional delivery fees incurred by us.

DISCLAIMER

We do not guarantee that the product images you see on our website are an accurate representation; occasionally, colours may differ from the images shown on the website due to your computer/device screen resolution or settings, minor differences in color and other variations in products are possible as a result of different image acquisition, display technologies or other technical reasons. THUNDERMATES is not liable for these variants and deviations. The weights, dimensions and capacities shown on the website are approximate only. We will not be liable for any loss or damages caused by or arising from any customer’s expectation on the information obtained from or through this website. It is your responsibility to evaluate the information and other content materials available through this website, and the website and its corresponding content materials are subject to change at any time without prior or subsequent notice. THUNDERMATES may determine if the customers have acted properly in compliance with the Terms and Conditions set out in this website. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that customers may have violated any of these, we reserve the right in our sole discretion to terminate your account, delete your profile and restrict your use of all or any part of the website for any or no reason, without notice, and without liability to you or anyone else.

THUNDERMATES also reserve the right to block users from certain IP addresses or device numbers and prevent access to the website.

To the extent permitted by law, THUNDERMATES reserves the final interpretation right to the Terms and Conditions.
